Delivery Coverage
We ship via USPS and UPS nationwide, including P.O. Boxes through USPS service. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing & Transit
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Standard transit is usually 3-5 business days, with faster options shown at checkout when available.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless we made a fulfillment error. Free shipping applies to orders $45+.
Delivery Responsibility and Legal Compliance
- Packages are delivered by USPS/UPS with no signature required; carriers may capture photographic proof.
- Shipments use discreet, plain packaging without product imagery.
- Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of purchase; provide a secure delivery location and retrieve packages promptly.
- Once a package is marked delivered, loss or theft risk at the destination is the customer's responsibility.
- Report carrier damage within 48 hours; other issues should be reported within 7 days.
- Customers are responsible for confirming product legality in their state/local jurisdiction before ordering.
